Being the target of many thieves who have refused to obay my lighter rule-set in the past, I have become quite protective of my work. It is here for your viewing pleasure, not for you to own.

Please note that I reserve the right to alter these rules at any time without prior notice. It is advisable to read them every now and again.

Rules for General (Standard) Use

1) A link to PixiMyst MUST be placed somewhere on the page if you use any of my graphics. You may use text-based links (that are large enough to be read) and/or banner logos, or linking the picture is fine as well. Please note that I hold all respective Copyright to all my graphics, templates, and textures. By downloading them for usage, you are agreeing to abide by and respect this.

2) Alterations to my graphics are prohibited, unless they are for personal use ONLY. This means no cropping of ANY kind, re-sizing, alternative coloring, using them in the creation of new graphics, text alteration, animating, etc. without my approval.

Exception: You are allowed to add text to quilt squares and stamps ONLY. Changing the size is, in most cases, alright - but may be hard as pixel art doesn't enlarge that well most of the time.

3) All graphics MUST be downloaded on to your own computer before you use them. Stealing my bandwidth is just plain mean, don't-cha-know? >O_o<

4) You may print out my graphics so long as they are for personal use only.

5) Selling my work for profit in any medium (CD, PSP tubes, online sales, e-cards, etc.) is forbidden.
